What we built.
- A public site
- hselogistics.net, the carrier’s own site.
- A dispatch board
- Freight that needs coverage, a truck route over live traffic, and the panel that assigns a driver and a unit.
- A load board
- Every load with its lane, status, coverage, pickup and delivery dates, flagging the ones that still need a driver and the ones running late.
- Load documents
- A rate confirmation is read into the load: stops, dates and rate, ready for a person to check.
- Compliance gates
- Every driver and truck carries its credentials. An expired medical card takes a driver off the board.
- Settlements
- A settlement engine computes each owner-operator’s cut, and a truck-ordered-not-used fee is recorded against its load.
- Roles
- Dispatchers work loads, lanes and miles. Pay and rates stay with the owner.
- Ask the data
- Questions about the board come back as charts, tables and a recommendation.
How it runs.
We host it, monitor it around the clock and back it up nightly. The team that built it takes the call when it breaks.
