Systems for real work.

We design, build, and run dispatch, field-service, booking, and commerce systems.

The Acuity dashboard for a field-service operation: six months of revenue at $35,550, gross profit, $17,700 of receivables outstanding with five invoices overdue, a pipeline of $114,850 across seven open deals and a 66.7% win rate, beside work by status, the cash position chart and the three things needing attention

HSE Logistics

Freight dispatch, compliance & settlement

hselogistics.net

Loads, driver documents, and owner-operator settlements now move through one carrier workflow. The dispatch board keeps expired credentials out of the assignment path.

Acuity jobs table with customer, status, priority, scheduled time, assignee and price columns.

Acuity

Field service, fleet & compliance

acuitywork.com

Jobs, invoices, customer records, documents, and compliance work in one workspace. Built for field-service teams and fleet operators in English and Spanish.

The bakery storefront menu: eleven items with photography and prices, filtered by category, with allergen chips on every item and a filter to hide anything containing dairy, eggs, gluten or nuts.
The bakery home page: a full-bleed photograph behind the line "Baked fresh every morning", with the menu and sign-in as the two actions and an English/Spanish toggle in the header.
The bakery back office: every product with its category, price, stock and an availability switch, above the note that any change goes live on the public menu immediately.

Storefront + loyalty

Online ordering, checkout, and a back office replaced text orders and paper punch cards. The digital loyalty card tracks every tenth dessert automatically.

Step one of the booking flow: pick a vehicle class, then one of three packages priced from $75 to $250 with what each includes and how long it takes, with a running order summary alongside.
Step two: a month calendar beside the available time slots for the chosen day, with the order summary now showing the SUV, the Premium Detail package and the $180 subtotal.

The Shine Mobile

Booking · Atlanta

theshinemobile.com

A four-step booking flow gives customers clear prices, times, and confirmation. The operator works from one live schedule.

The Ocean Blue Rent Car home page: a coastal road photograph behind the line "Tu viaje empieza con el carro resuelto", with the search panel across the seam below it asking where the car is wanted and for the pickup and return dates and times.
The how-it-works page in Spanish: a four-node timeline running from choosing dates to picking the car up, and below it the requirements to rent, starting with the minimum age of 25 and a valid licence from any country.
The frequently asked questions on the deep blue brand band: eight questions covering what is needed to rent, how the deposit works, what the cover includes, mileage, payment, the minimum age, airport delivery and cancellations, each opening in place.

Four kinds of problem
we have already solved.

We do not take work we have not done. These are the four problems we know cold, and the systems above are what each one turned into.

Something else? Describe it in two sentences and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team.

Four steps.
One team on all of them.

Most shops build and leave. The handover is where projects die, because the people who made the decisions are gone by the time the thing has to survive a Tuesday. We keep the whole chain in one team.

Read our security overview
Design
We start from your actual workflow, not a template. What the dispatcher does at 6am, what the invoice has to say, which document blocks the job. The design falls out of that.
Build
One team writes it, tests it, and reviews it. The flagship platform carries 2,000+ automated tests, and the money paths get end-to-end runs against real data before anyone calls them done.
Deploy
We host it on our own infrastructure behind a zero-trust tunnel. TLS, backups, and rollback come with the deploy. You do not have to open a cloud account to get started.
Operate
We monitor it, we get paged when it breaks, and we ship the fix. Metrics, logs, alerting, and nightly backups on every system, including yours.

Your data is yours. Ask for a copy and you get one, and the code leaves with you if we ever stop being the right team.

We run our own stack
on the same infrastructure.

Aurora Chat, Drive, Docs, Arcade, and one account across all of them. We built the suite for ourselves and we use it every day, on the same servers and the same monitoring your platform would run on. Accounts and teams, file storage, live updates, and billing are not slides here. They are code we maintain.
