Aurora is built and maintained by a focused group of engineers who care deeply about developer experience. We move deliberately, ship quality, and don't scale headcount for the sake of it.

We don't have any open positions at the moment. When we do, we hire for specific problems — not to grow a headcount. If you're the kind of engineer or designer who'd fit that, we'd still love to hear from you.

Everyone who works on Aurora is responsible for what they ship end-to-end — design, code, deployment, and the problems that come after.
